Ametco manufactures a wide range of steel fence and security gate systems as well as railings, sunshades, grilles, screens, louvers and perforated metal and plastic products. Our aluminum fence and aluminum gate designs are manufactured from extruded aluminum sections for strength and visual appeal. Ametco Fence Systems have been developed to meet the aesthetic demands of modern architecture while addressing growing client concerns about security. These fence systems are manufactured using an exclusive electro-forged welding process, giving complete penetration of the cross member. Ametco is changing the image of steel fence systems, aluminum fencing and security gate systems.
Ametco's Panel Systems

The core elements of Ametco’s fence, gates and railings are architectural panels in steel or aluminum that bolt directly onto the fence, gate or railing system uprights. This allows for quick and easy installation, simple maintenance and immense flexibility. The panels come in a variety of aesthetically pleasing styles that work visually in any environment, while surpassing the security and longevity requirements of architects and commercial property owners.

Panel designs are fabricated in both square and rectangular grid patterns as well as fixed louvers with 80% to 100% direct visual screening. The square and rectangular grid patterns are available in steel, the fixed louver patterns are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

ALUMINUM FENCE
Ametco’s ECLIPSE 80 Design Aluminum Fence was used at Mifflin Elementary school in PA. The ECLIPSE 80 Design provides 80 or 100 percent direct visual screening yet the fixed louver design allow air flow making Eclipse Design ideal for equipment enclosures. The aluminum fencing system is finished with a polyester powder coating. The powder coating gives an “extra” touch of appeal to the fencing, harmonizing with its surroundings. Ametco offer 15 standard colors or custom color of your choice. All Ametco’s aluminum fence products are manufactured in the USA at our Willoughby, Ohio plant.

The Steel Security Fence at the Westlake Library in Westlake, Ohio used both the Steel Security Fence Metro Design and the Steel Security Fence Lattice Design in a custom fabricated configuration. After fabrication the Metro and Lattice Designs are hot dip galvanized then coated with a polyester powder coating for the best corrosion protection in the industry

Scott Air Force Base in Illinois utilizes an Ametco® Venetian® Design louver for its trash enclosure. This louver is the only one that can be used vertically, provide 100% screening from any direction and supply necessary air flow.

Steel Security fence Grotto Design was used at the Skokie Police Department as a equipment enclosure. The open mesh design allows for great air flow with excellent strength for security. The equipment enclosure gates can be large enough for easy access to the enclosed equipment.

Ametco's Phoenix Design fixed louver aluminum fence and gates were used as a dumpster enclosure at Northwestern University. The Phoenix Design aluminum fence is manufactured from 1/2 x 4 inch extruded aluminum tube. It is recommended that the fixed louver runs horizontally with either 80 or 100 percent direct visual screening. Ametco manufactures dumpster enclosures, equipment enclosures, and gates at our plant in Willoughby, Ohio.

Ametco’s Shield Design was used at the W Hotel in New York. The Shield design steel railing was custom fabricated then hot dipped galvanized before powder coating to one of Ametco’s 15 standard colors. This coating system on the steel railings not only  provides the best protection but allow the choice of color to harmonize with its surroundings..
